Back in April I was asked to photograph Wayne Chaplin, President and COO of Southern Wine & Spirits for Forbes Life magazine.  The editor at Forbes was looking for a shot with a lifestyle-y feel.  With this information in mind, I picked a spot on the FIU campus, just outside of the new School of Hospitality & Tourism- A brand new building bearing Chaplin's name.  The finishing touches were just being applied inside the large building, which was funded largely in part with money raised through the South Beach Food and Wine Festival- Wayne Chaplin's pet project for the last 12 years.  I found a shady spot, just along the bay, with a perfectly placed picnic table- a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine.
